Scott Myles, managing partner of Inventory Planning Partners LLC, is a seasoned inventory planning professional with over a decade of experience helping businesses find clarity in complexity. With an MBA and a specialization in supply chain management, he brings a sharp analytical edge and a collaborative mindset to every project.

Across industries and leadership roles, Scott has consistently delivered results—boosting forecast accuracy, driving higher in-stock rates, and significantly reducing excess inventory. From building customized data tools, to leading diverse teams, and implementing cutting-edge planning systems, he combines technical know-how with a people-first approach.

His work is rooted in partnership: aligning data, people, and processes to create supply chain solutions that actually work for the business and the humans behind it. Whether working with external vendors or internal teams, Scott is known for their ability to bring cross-functional groups together and move complex projects forward with speed and care.

Outside the world of inventory, Scott is an avid golfer, a passionate traveler, and animal lover. He’s always seeking new perspectives and making new friends, on and off the course.

Managing Partner

Kara Blue, managing partner of Inventory Planning Partners LLC, holds over a decade of cross-sector experience in operations, leadership, and community-centered innovation. With a background spanning nonprofit management, startup-style program development, and public-private collaboration, Kara brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and heart-centered leadership to inventory planning for small businesses.

Prior to founding Inventory Planning Partners, Kara spent two years building a Community Safety Department from the ground up—designing policy, managing operations, and collaborating across city systems to create a new model of public safety. This work exemplifies the same entrepreneurial spirit and systems-thinking approach that now guides clients in building resilient, right-sized inventory strategies.

Throughout her career, Kara has led teams of up to 25 people, managed complex projects from scratch, raised critical funding, and designed systems that grow with the communities they serve. Whether launching new programs or optimizing operations for fast-paced environments, her approach always centers on collaboration, adaptability, and long-term sustainability.

Now, through Inventory Planning Partners, Kara partners with small businesses to demystify inventory planning and turn operational chaos into calm, scalable systems—without ever losing sight of the people behind the product.
